People who live in the Dominican Republic, are at least 18, and can communicate in English may be considered. Each project may add its own requirements.

Do I need call center experience?

Not always. Experience helps, but we also consider people who demonstrate the communication and problem-solving skills a project needs.

What equipment will I need?

Plan for dependable internet, a suitable computer, two monitors, and a headset by your start date. We will explain the exact technical standards for each project.

How will my skills be reviewed?

The planned process includes practical English, typing, communication, and role-specific exercises. Our team reviews results; a score alone does not make the decision.
